本品為各種類型的玻璃和金屬擴(kuò)散泵的工作液，適用于高真空蒸餾、真空冶煉、電子工業(yè)及原子能工業(yè)等要求獲得高真空環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)。

本品也可以用作直聯(lián)真空泵的工作液。
